Who can buy
Wholesale accounts are for approved wellness clinics, medspas and gyms buying for business use. Some products require a professional license on file and may be limited to certain business types.
Orders and pricing
Prices shown in the portal at checkout are the prices you pay, including any volume discount your account qualifies for. We may cancel orders for products that become unavailable and will refund any payment taken.
Payment
You authorize us to debit your linked business bank account by ACH for each order. If a payment is returned, we may place your account on hold until it is resolved.
Shipping
Orders ship to the address you choose at checkout. Temperature-sensitive products ship in cold-chain packaging.
Records
We record the lot number for each item we ship.

- Report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 7 days of delivery using "Report a problem" on the order page.
- Include photos of the packaging and items for damage or temperature issues.
- We review each report and may issue a refund to your bank account or ship a replacement.
- Opened or temperature-sensitive products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or out of temperature.
